Balance in All Things

Ruth is a certified Pilates instructor.  After practicing it for years and reaping the benefits both physically and mentally, she decided to study it in-depth.  That lead to trainings in New York and Boston.  She is certified to teach Pilates Mat, Reformer and Barre.

Pilates is a system of exercise that strengthens and lengthens muscles, improves balance and coordination and creates a strong mind/body connection.  

As a coach, Ruth works with her clients to better understand what is working and what is not in their careers, to set achievable goals and to build systems that keep them on a forward growth path.  She does the same in Pilates.  She helps clients reshape their bodies by making a deep connection to how they move, what is a safe, what is not, and what is an achievable stretch goal.
