Forget Resolutions – Make a New Habit Instead

A habit is more effective than a resolution. My new habit is to clean my desk each night before I end work. I love walking into a clean, well organized office each morning! It makes me feel focused and energized.

It takes between 20 and 45 days to create a habit. The wonderful thing is that once you’ve created it you don’t need to think about it any longer. Why? Because it’s a habit!
