All The News That’s Fit To Print

Feeling stressed?  It might have something to do with the news.  Really.  The Gallup organization just published a study that shows the correlation between high stress days and negative news.  Here is the article link: Americans Happier, Less Stressed in 2010.

From the article:  “…Gallup has over the past three years tracked a pattern that finds high stress and low happiness days occurring on or close to high-profile negative news stories.”

Of course, there is always negative news, and on some days there is more than on others.  But there is also good news happening all the time, most of which goes unreported.

One way to increase your well-being is to look for positive news while also staying informed about negative events.
